🌼 Class Description: Mindful Moments in the Kitchen In this unique and calming cooking class, little chefs will explore the kitchen in a whole new way — with mindfulness, gratitude, and connection. Children will be gently guided through simple meditation and breathing techniques to help them slow down, tune in, and become fully present with the food they prepare. From feeling the textures of ingredients to listening to the sounds of cooking, each step is an opportunity to awaken their senses and develop a peaceful relationship with food. This class isn’t just about cooking — it’s about noticing, feeling, and appreciating every moment in the kitchen. 🧘♀️ Includes short guided meditations for kids 🍎 Mindful hands-on food prep using simple, fresh ingredients 👩🍳 Focus on presence, gratitude, and calmness ✨ Designed for ages 5 and up — no cooking experience needed

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Class registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and all class tickets must be prepaid at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance of 6 participants or due to unforeseen circumstances such as scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other factors. In the rare event of overbooking, we may also cancel ticket(s). If your class or ticket(s) are canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a credit code to apply toward a future class of your choice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements: • 48+ Hours Notice: Your full class fee will be converted into a credit code to use for a future class. • Less Than 48 Hours Notice or No-Show: Unfortunately, no portion of the class fee will be eligible for credit or transfer.
