Curious about fermentation but not sure where to start? This relaxed, beginner-friendly class will teach you how to make your own kimchi from scratch — no special equipment or experience needed. You’ll learn the key steps to creating a delicious, probiotic-rich kimchi that supports gut health and adds bold flavour to your meals. Everything is done by hand, and you’ll leave with your own jar of freshly made kimchi to ferment at home. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to explore traditional fermentation in a simple, approachable way — and bring something tasty and healthy into their kitchen.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Class registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and all class tickets must be prepaid at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance of 6 participants or due to unforeseen circumstances such as scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other factors. In the rare event of overbooking, we may also cancel ticket(s). If your class or ticket(s) are canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a credit code to apply toward a future class of your choice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements: • 48+ Hours Notice: Your full class fee will be converted into a credit code to use for a future class. • Less Than 48 Hours Notice or No-Show: Unfortunately, no portion of the class fee will be eligible for credit or transfer.
