We’ll cover the essentials: how to properly season and sear your steak in a pan, rest it for maximum juiciness, and pair it with herb-forward sides that make the dish shine. You’ll leave with practical techniques and inspiration to bring bold, fresh flavours to your everyday cooking. Perfect for home cooks who want to explore new ways to use herbs — and enjoy a satisfying meal in the process!


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Class registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and all class tickets must be prepaid at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance of 6 participants or due to unforeseen circumstances such as scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other factors. In the rare event of overbooking, we may also cancel ticket(s). If your class or ticket(s) are canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a credit code to apply toward a future class of your choice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements: • 48+ Hours Notice: Your full class fee will be converted into a credit code to use for a future class. • Less Than 48 Hours Notice or No-Show: Unfortunately, no portion of the class fee will be eligible for credit or transfer.
