Service Description
Step into the world of bold spices and sizzling woks with our Zichuan Stir-Fry Cooking Class! Learn to master the authentic techniques of Sichuan-style cooking, where every bite bursts with rich umami, fragrant garlic, and the unmistakable tingle of Sichuan peppercorns. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a vibrant stir-fry dish using fresh vegetables, tender protein (meat). Perfect for spice lovers and adventurous cooks – come hungry, leave inspired!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Class registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and all class tickets must be prepaid at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum attendance of 6 participants or due to unforeseen circumstances such as scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other factors. In the rare event of overbooking, we may also cancel ticket(s). If your class or ticket(s) are canceled, we will notify you via email and issue a credit code to apply toward a future class of your choice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make alternate arrangements: • 48+ Hours Notice: Your full class fee will be converted into a credit code to use for a future class. • Less Than 48 Hours Notice or No-Show: Unfortunately, no portion of the class fee will be eligible for credit or transfer.
